Dedicated, resilient, and compelling are just a few words to describe the kind of lawyer Brittany is. Her main goal is to treat her clients like they are her top priority by giving them the individualized time and attention necessary to ensure that each client feels like they have been heard and that their legal matter is important.

After growing up on the floors of the office, it is only fitting that Brittany decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and join the family firm. While attending the University of Mississippi, Brittany developed a passion for criminal defense and learning about the many injustices faced by those going through the criminal justice system. During her time at Ole Miss, Brittany was an active member of Alpha Phi Sigma, a criminal justice honor society, and she was awarded the Chief Richard and Joan Popernik Legal Studies Award, one of the highest honors given to a student in the legal studies department.

While attending law school at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, TN, Brittany’s passion for the law grew to include interests in family law and juvenile law matters. Throughout her time in law school, she kept active by being the Student Bar Association President, shadowing an attorney at the Knox County Juvenile Court, and volunteering throughout the local community.

Although she loved Tennessee, Brittany knew Texas was always going to be home and the place where she ultimately wanted to practice law. Brittany is devoted to representing the people of North Texas and she looks forward to helping you with whatever problems you have.
